8 Questions To Ask When Hiring A
Real Estate Marketing Agency
1. What is your experience when it comes to real estate? For example, do you have experience in selling condo’s (luxury, mid-end low-end) , seller campaigns, commercial real estate etc?

2. What are the important metrics you are measuring in a digital campaign?

For real estate this are the most important KPIs

SALES (needs a crm/customer relationship software to track this). Total TCP (total contract price) sold

Cost per Sales (needs a crm integration to track this)

Return on ad spend/roas (needs a crm integration to track this)

Lead - Inquired Via Contact Us Form

Cost per lead

Phone call

Cost per phone call

Lifetime value of a customer (needs a crm integration to track this)

Likes, visits, time on page are all vanity metrics (figures that can give you a good feeling, but don’t directly affect the bottom line of your company).

3. Do they specialize in a particular industry like real estate? Do they specialize in 1 type of advertising medium? Are they jack of all trades where they are doing everything under the sun like SEO, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Social media advertising, Prints Ads, email marketing.

Generally, most full service agencies are spreading themselves too thin since they don't specialize in anything.

Like what Bruce Lee said:
“I fear not the man who has practiced 10,000 kicks once,
but I fear the man who has practiced one kick 10,000 times.”
